Thursday 13th February 2020, Personal Progress 3 – Cooking Valentine’s Treats.

Today we’ve made some sweet treats for the people we love, including white chocolate and apricot truffles, heart shaped lemon shortbread and badam bhurfi – an Indian almond, cardamom and pistachio fudge. We’ve worked really hard and all of our treats looked delicious – particularly when put in the gift bags we made!
