Wednesday 18th December, Self Care and Recreation – Christmas at Colchester Zoo

Today we had fun at the zoo, looking at Santa’s Reindeer, exploring the enchanted forest and successfully navigating the snowflake maze. We saw meerkats and sealions, along with lots of other animals.

Monday 16th December, Developing Independence 3 – Christmas baking

Today we did some Christmas baking and chose some festive treats to make; apple strudel and traditional stollen, influenced by our trip to a German market last week. We learnt some new techniques and had a lovely time whilst listening to some Christmas music.
